Hale-Mills Construction, Ltd. participated in the American Correctional Association (ACA) 2010 Winter Conference, the largest gathering of corrections personnel in the U. S., held January 22 -27 in Tampa, Florida. As co-sponsor of the Military Reception, the Hale-Mills team showed their patriotism and support of the military by recognizing the sacrifices and efforts they make every day for our country.
